CAN I BRING A PICNIC?2020-05-08T21:09:22+01:00

Yes. Unlike other venues, we allow you to bring your own picnic into the arena. Disposable and gas BBQs and any other cooking equipment are not allowed. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Prohibited Items pages for full details.

Glass bottles and metal cutlery are not allowed on the premises. All drink containers must be sealed.

In order to allow this BYO policy and to meet our environmental policy targets, we do ask all patrons to take home and recycle all items brought onto the site.

We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to travel light. Please note that bar and food outlets will only accept tokens* which can be bought inside the arena and paid for by cash or credit/debit card.

*with the exception of Cromer Hall and Poole where bar and food purchases are cash only

CAN I BRING MY OWN ALCOHOL?2021-06-28T21:10:27+01:00

No alcohol or soft drink can be brought into the venue, with the exception of our Cromer venue. There will be a licensed bar on site, set at reasonable prices. We reserve the right to carry out security searches at entry gates, if required.

1 small sealed bottle of water per person is allowed to brought in to the arena. Free water is available at our bar.

All our concerts are outdoor, non-seated eventsPlease feel free to bring a chair or picnic blanket for your comfort.

We do not have camping at any of our venues. Overnight camping is not permitted in any car park.

With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the arena during the concert. Please do not leave your pets in your car.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?2020-07-02T19:39:47+01:00

All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.

e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a barcode will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.


If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a PA, we will provide an additional PA ticket at a discounted rate of 50%.

Some of our venues are controlled by the Local Authority and require us to charge a parking fee. Parking tickets must be purchased via our online ticketing platform before you arrive.

Parking fees are payable at:
Stoke Park, Guildford £10 per car, per day
War Memorial Park, Coventry £10 per car, per day
Westpoint Arena, Exeter £10 per car, per day
Lydiard Park, Swindon £10 per car, per day 


Adur Recreational Ground, is operating a park and stride and blue badge park and ride service from the Airport, click here for more info and booking

Blaise Castle, is operating a park and ride service from Cribbs Causeway Coach Park to the venue. Return tickets are £5* per person, or £15* for a group ticket for up to 5 adults. Under 16’s travel free. Tickets must be booked in advance.

Parking for Kings Park, Bournemouth is available for £4 a day at the Sovereign Shopping Centre car park, a short 10 min walk to the arena entrance. You can prebook your space here to ensure availability
Additional parking is also available at the Kings Park car park. Local council car parking charges will apply.

Free parking is available at all other venues. This doesn’t need to be pre-booked.

We have a number of blue badge car parking spaces a short walk to the arena, at most of our venues. Some of these need to be booked in advance, please see our accessibility info pages for more details.

Car park opens: 11.30am
Gates open: 12 Noon
Performance start time: From 1.00pm
Performance finish time: 10.20pm

For Cromer Hall:

Car park opens: 3.15pm
Gates open: 3.30pm
Performance start time (SAT): From 5.15pm
Performance start time (SUN): From 4.30pm
Performance finish time: 10.20pm
