Arena Gates are open from 12 Noon with the first act scheduled to be on stage at 1pm*

Yes, please feel free to bring your own picnic along with you to enjoy in the arena. However, please make sure you check our full list of prohibited items in the venue info section before you arrive.
We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to travel light.

Sadly no alcohol can be brought onto the site. We do have a licensed bar, set as reasonable prices, for our customers. SIA led searches will take place on all gates.

There are no restrictions of soft drinks brought in to the arena, however all beverages must be sealed on arrival. Any open containers will be confiscated.

All our concerts are outdoor, non seated events, please feel free to bring along a chair or picnic blanket for your comfort.

There is extensive free car parking available at this venue. Please follow our directional signage labeled ‘Starlight Concerts’ or ‘Concerts.’ There is no need to book for parking at this venue.

With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the arena during the concert. Please do not leave your pets in your car.

We do not have any camping available at this site, no overnight camping is permitted in the car park.

Ticket tiers simply reflect the price of your ticket, they have no reflection on seating or arena positioning. As each tier allocation sells out, the price increases, the earlier you buy, the more you save!

Concerts will go ahead regardless of weather, except in circumstances where the conditions at the venue are deemed unsafe for the public and artistes. We advise that you wear suitable clothing and footwear for an outdoor event and bring an umbrella. In extreme circumstances, the concert may be delayed or shortened due to the poor weather conditions.

All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed, please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.
e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning, please note, only the e-ticket containing a barcode will be accepted for entry, confirmation emails will not be accepted.
