All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.
e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a barcode will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.
You are free to bring your own food in to the arena, we do however have some restrictions on items permitted on site. Please see our Terms & Conditions page and Prohibited Items pages for full details.
Sadly no alcohol or soft drink can be brought onto the site. Customers are permitted to bring a bottle of sealed water (up to 1.5L) only, per person, into the venue. We do have a licensed bar onsite as well as free water available from the bar.
– Glass bottles and metal cutlery are not allowed on the premises.
– Any un-sealed bottles of water will be rejected or confiscated.
In order to allow this BYO policy and to meet our environmental policy targets, we do ask all patrons to take home and recycle all items brought onto the site.
We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to travel light.
No alcohol or soft drink can be brought into the venue*. We have a fully licensed bar on site for your convenience. We reserve the right to carry out security searches at entry gates, if required.

We do not have camping at any of our venues. Overnight camping is not permitted in any car park.

With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the arena during the concert. Please do not leave your pets in your car.
If you’re booking over 20 tickets, you may be able to take advantage of our group discount ticket price. Please email us at info@starlightconcerts.co.uk to discuss your booking requirements.
The Tier of a ticket has nothing to do with seating areas, it simply represents the price. The earlier you buy, the more you save.
Each Tier has a limited number of tickets, so to ensure you get the best value for money, make sure you book before they are all gone.
If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a PA, we will provide an additional PA ticket at a discounted rate of 50%.

Parking fees are payable at:
Adur Recreation Ground, there is no onsite parking at Adur this year, There are several car parks a short walk away from our Adur Recreational Ground, Shoreham-by-Sea venue. These include the Widewater Lagoon, Tarmount Lane and Shoreham Centre Car Parks. Alternatively there are several busses that pass the venue, including the Stagecoach Route 700 and the Compass Travel Route 19. Southern Rail serves Shoreham-by-Sea train station, which is a 11 minute walk away.
Blaise Castle, is operating a park and ride service from Cribbs Causeway Coach Park to the venue. Return tickets are £5* per person, or £15* for a group ticket for up to 5 adults. Under 16’s travel free. Tickets must be booked in advance.
Parking for Kings Park, Bournemouth is available for £4 a day at the Sovereign Shopping Centre car park, a short 10 min walk to the arena entrance. You can prebook your space here to ensure availability http://bit.ly/BournemouthPrebookParking
Additional parking is also available at the Kings Park car park. Local council car parking charges will apply.
Alternatively, Beryl has 154 bays located across Bournemouth including seven within 1km of Kings Park, so using their bikes and scooters to travel to the festival sustainably is simple and convenient. It’s also affordable, with the choice of pay-as-you go or minute bundles from as little as 5p per minute.
We have a number of blue badge car parking spaces a short walk to the arena, at most of our venues. Some of these need to be booked in advance, please see our accessibility info pages for more details.
