CAN I BRING A PICNIC?2021-09-20T14:09:21+01:00

You are free to bring your own food in to the arena, we do however have some restrictions on items permitted on site. Please see our Terms & Conditions page and Prohibited Items pages for full details.

Sadly no alcohol or soft drink can be brought onto the site. Customers are permitted to bring a bottle of sealed water (up to 1.5L) only, per person, into the venue. We do have a licensed bar onsite as well as free water available from the bar.

– Glass bottles and metal cutlery are not allowed on the premises.

– Any un-sealed bottles of water will be rejected or confiscated.

In order to allow this BYO policy and to meet our environmental policy targets, we do ask all patrons to take home and recycle all items brought onto the site.

We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to travel light.

No alcohol or soft drink can be brought into the venue*. We have a fully licensed bar on site for your convenience. We reserve the right to carry out security searches at entry gates, if required.

1 sealed bottle of water (up to 1.5L) per person is allowed to brought in to the arena. Free water is available at our bar.

We do not have camping at any of our venues. Overnight camping is not permitted in any car park.

With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the arena during the concert. Please do not leave your pets in your car.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?2020-07-02T19:39:47+01:00

All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.

e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a barcode will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.


If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a PA, we will provide an additional PA ticket at a discounted rate of 50%.

Some of our venues are controlled by the Local Authority and require us to charge a parking fee. Parking tickets must be purchased via our online ticketing platform before you arrive.

Parking fees are payable at:
Stoke Park, Guildford £10 per car, per day
War Memorial Park, Coventry £10 per car, per day
Westpoint Arena, Exeter £10 per car, per day
Lydiard Park, Council run pay and display 

Adur Recreation Ground, is operating a park and stride and blue badge park and ride service from the Airport, click here for more info and booking. (Ticket release date TBC)

Blaise Castle, is operating a park and ride service from Cribbs Causeway Coach Park to the venue. Return tickets are £5* per person, or £15* for a group ticket for up to 5 adults. Under 16’s travel free. Tickets must be booked in advance.

Parking for Kings Park, Bournemouth is available for £4 a day at the Sovereign Shopping Centre car park, a short 10 min walk to the arena entrance. You can prebook your space here to ensure availability
Additional parking is also available at the Kings Park car park. Local council car parking charges will apply.

War Memorial Park, Basingstoke, There are several large established car parks in Basingstoke, a short walk from the arena, for customers. Collectively these car parks can accommodate several thousand cars. It takes approximately four minutes to walk to the park. War Memorial Park, Basingstoke is well served by local buses and trains. We encourage customers, where possible, to use public transport or walk to the venue.

Free parking is available at all other venues. This doesn’t need to be pre-booked.
