Yes. Unlike other venues, we allow you to bring your own picnic into the arena. Disposable and gas BBQs and any other cooking equipment are not allowed. Please see our Terms & Conditions and Prohibited Items pages for full details.
Glass bottles and metal cutlery are not allowed on the premises. All drink containers must be sealed.
In order to allow this BYO policy and to meet our environmental policy targets, we do ask all patrons to take home and recycle all items brought onto the site.
We will also have a selection of food vendors onsite for those who wish to travel light. Please note that bar and food outlets will only accept tokens* which can be bought inside the arena and paid for by cash or credit/debit card.
*with the exception of Cromer Hall and Poole where bar and food purchases are cash only
No alcohol can be brought into the venue, with the exception of our Cromer venue. There will be a licensed bar on site, set at reasonable prices. We reserve the right to carry out security searches at entry gates, if required.
There are no restrictions on soft drinks brought into the arena. However, all beverages must be sealed on arrival. Any open containers will be confiscated on entry.

We do not have camping at any of our venues. Overnight camping is not permitted in any car park.

With the exception of assistance dogs, no animals are permitted in the arena during the concert. Please do not leave your pets in your car.
All tickets are sent via email directly after your booking has been completed. Please check your junk mail folder if you do not receive an email.
e-tickets can be printed out or shown on a mobile device for scanning. Please note that only the e-ticket containing a barcode will be accepted for entry. Confirmation emails will not be accepted.
If a customer is unable to attend a concert without the support of a PA, we will provide an additional PA ticket at a discounted rate of 50%.

We have a number of blue badge car parking spaces a short walk to the arena, at most of our venues. Some of these need to be booked in advance, please see our accessibility info pages for more details.

Gates open: 12 Noon
Performance start time: From 12.30pm
Performance finish time: 10.20pm
For Cromer Hall:
Car park opens: 3.45pm
Gates open: 4.15pm
Performance start time: From 5.15pm
Performance finish time: 10.20pm
